The best hotel in Capri!!! The staff were amazing, so kind and helpful. The rooms were stunning. Large rooms with an amazing balcony. Clean and beautiful decorated. It feels like a fairytale! Pool area nice and cute however I relied more on day beach clubs for swimming and sun lounging. Breakfast was good enough. Cleanliness is excellent. 2nd floor if preferable for better ambience

Very much appreciated the baggage service to/from the marina, but the rooms were beautiful and clean, the terrace and pool were to die for, and the people working here were very accommodating.
