"Adjacent to property was docking for cruise ships, making a lot of noise with their engines to generate power. Fortunately they were not there at night."

"This apartment was disappointing, only because with a tiny bit of care and effort it could be so much more. The apartment was huge! 2 floors, 2 huge bedrooms with large comfortable beds, and 2 full bathrooms. The real estate for the the cost was truly amazing, unfortunately it was difficult to be comfortable in the space. The couch in the “living room” was disgusting, as was all the other upholstered furniture. Visible staining with god only knows what, the mattress didn’t fold into the couch...

"Traveling to Europe with a party of 9 can be challenging, especially when it comes to accomodations. When we found a place that had enough beds for all 9 of us in Venice we booked. We were expecting a medium sized apartment like we had in Rome and Florence, that while a bit tight they worked wonderfully. When we opened the door to Riva Palace we were shocked! "A beautiful Hotel in a magic city. The room was amazing, and the Hilton breakfast as always above and beyond any other. But what really made the difference was the Staff and their excellent service. From the warm welcome received upon arrival from Lucrezia to the attentive assistance received from the Concierge Team and Toros from Security. They were very supportive and helpful, as my wife had a foot injury during a museum visit, and made what seemed to be a ruined holiday, a very memorable one. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back. "
