"Hotel staff were pretty friendly overall. I took away one star because one of the staff lost their patience with me. I understand people have their bad days though. If you're in the hotel or service industry, keep your mood swings in check and do your best to be patient with your guests. Otherwise, everything was very good at this hotel.
