Appartamento grazioso ed immerso nel verde. Nel complesso la struttura è accogliente anche se un pò datata in alcune sue parti come gli infissi ed i mobili. In cucina mancavano alcuni oggetti essenziali come sale ed olio. L'area comune con lavanderia e barbecue ad uso degli ospiti è molto utile e gradita, e l'assistenza che ci è stata data dai gestori è stata impeccabile. Possiamo quindi esprimere un giudizio positivo sulla nostra permanenza e sul rapporto qualità prezzo.

Un paradiso tra Capoliveri e portoazzurro

Un paradiso tra Capoliveri e Porto azzurro. Il residence lacona 1 è un vero paradiso immerso nel verde della collina di lacona, vicinissimo sia a Capoliveri che a Porto azzurro a porto ferraio. La spiaggia di lacona dista solo 3 minuti. Gli appartamenti sono ristrutturati di recente, molto confortevoli e puliti, circondati da aiuole fiorite molto curate, con una cista mozzafiato sul golfo di lacona. Lo staff eccezionale, sia la responsabile della reception che la responsabile delle pulizie sono persone squisite, gentili e professionali, pronte a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta. Complimenti e grazie ancora!

La struttura era ben posizionata, ottima vista, relativamente vicino alla spiaggia. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il silenzio. Molto comodo il servizio di lavanderia. Assolutamente scomoda la doccia con tenda.

DEUX SEMAINES DE REPOS ABSOLU

L'appartement ELBAMAR est situé en retrait de la plage et de l'activité de LACONA. Bien desservi par la route, il est toutefois impossible d'envisager aller à la plage à Pied, mais cela n'est pas grave. Jolie piscine simple qui était au pied de notre chambre. C'est juste dommage qu'elle ne soit pas ouverte avant 11H00 le matin. Les lieux sont propres et agréables, même si l'ensemble se révèle assez simple. Pas de matériel inutile, mais vient on pour faire de la grande cuisine et admirer les murs dans ce type d'endroit ! A conseiller. Il manque peut-être une petite animation pour que les locataires des appartements se connaissent. Mais cela n'est pas indispensable.

doccia con tendina per cui era impossibile non bagnare attorno, tavolo del soggiorno troppo grande, considerata la presenza di uno anche in veranda, che aperti i letti impediva il passaggio tra i vari ambienti.

Appartamento semplice ma dotato di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Servizi nuovi e puliti. Biancheria fornita per 4 anche se eravamo solo in due.

We liked the location , but a car is necessary. It is better to visit a larger number of beaches and choose the one that suits you. Apartment is comfortable and well equipped. The downside of the coin are mosquitoes, there are countless , and do not respond to pills.

Fine settimana all'isola d'elba

Abitazione confortevole, funzionale e pulita .. bella zona tranquilla non lontana dal mare. Abbiamo trascorso solo qualche giorno a fine aprile all'elba ma è un stata un'esperienza sicuramente positiva.

Toller Osteraufenthalt mit großem Wohlfühlfaktor!

Wir waren 14 Tage über Ostern dort, und es hat uns in allen Punkten sehr gut gefallen. Die Zimmer waren ausserordentlich sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Hausmeisterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und konnte auch sehr gut Englisch. Alles in Allem ein sehr sehr schöner und entspannter Aufenthalt. Auch die Möglichkeiten zum Wandern in der Umgebung waren sehr gut.

Vicino al mare ma serve comunque la macchina

elbamar Lacona è in una posizione strategica per raggiungere molti altri luoghi dell'isola, ma serve la macchina anche per raggiungere la spiaggia di lacona. La pecca è che l'appartamento da 4 in realtà si presta meglio per due persone, mentre il monolocale da 2 è troppo piccolo.

Grazioso residence immerso nel verde

Noi abbiamo soggiornato dal 15 al 22 luglio e ci siamo trovati benissimo soddisfattissimi. Ottima posizione in 15 minuti si arriva praticamente ovunque, circondato dal verde e lontano dal traffico ideale per chi vuole staccare la spina dalla vita frenetica di tutti i giorni. Consigliatissimo

Beautiful views from balcony. 10 - 15 minute up hill walk from beach so not the place for you if difficulty walking. We went in October so maybe the season was ending but nowhere to go in the evenings. Lovely restaurants but no bars open late. Great beach. Family run and friendly staff who left us to ourselves. We arrived on a Sunday and there was no toilet roll left and would have been nice to have been left basics like washing up liquid and bin bags etc. We had a hired a car so was great to be able to drive to different beaches. I think this is a great place if you go on holiday with family and children but not so much if going away with friends.

Ottima posizione

Ottima posizione con splendida vista sul golfo di Lacona, monolocale (elbamar 1) pulito, arredato in maniera semplice ma funzionale, estremamente silenzioso perchè rimaneva isolato e più in alto rispetto agli altri appartamenti, con una stupenda vista panoramica. Il mare era vicino, a 5-10 minuti di macchina ma per chi come noi amava spostarsi per scoprire altre spiagge dell'isola, tutto dall'appartamento era raggiungibile in poco tempo! Gentilissima anche Giulia, addetta alla reception;-) Per un prox viaggio all'isola d'elba, prenderemo di sicuro in considerazione elbamar!

Straordinario!

L'appartamentino era fantastico, rifinitissimo e nuovissimo. Accessoriato di tutto e anche il parco davanti molto bello! La zona dove si trova è immersa nel verde e non lontano dalla spiaggia. Assolutamente esperienza da ripetere

Appartamento ideale per visitare l'isola

L'appartamento si trova a circa 1,5 km dalle spiagge di Lacona e Mergidore (diving e attracco) a circa 15/20 minuti dal porto di Portoferraio in una zona tranquilla in mezzo agli ulivi, non è l'ideale per chi vuole recarsi al mare a piedi perchè la distanza anche se non è eccessiva, è da percorrere su una provinciale. Noi 4 stavamo in un tre locali non grandissimo ma vivibile per una vacanza, corredato di quasi tutto e accessibile anche a disabili. E' un ottimo punto di partenza per la visita di tutta l'isola, in massimo 30/40 minuti si arriva alle belle spiagge di Cavoli e Fetovaia, in 20 minuti Portoazzurro.
