The location of this Pousada right on the lake is the big sell. Nice to eat breakfast overlooking the lake. Also great that you can book a boat through the pousada and just walk down to the dock to get on the boat for the day. The only downsides are if you have any sort of issue with walking, the walk uphill to the rooms could be tough. Also there isn't anything around the pousada so you have to drive 10 minutes into town if you want to go out to eat.

Atendimento no check-in, do café, só tenho elogios. Quartos sao amplos, cama boa, frigobar, nos quartos, banheiro com excelente vazão de água., ar-condicionado, silencioso, passeios de barco , saindo do próprio HOTEL.

Esperava uma melhor estadia
A pousada é linda , os funcionários maravilhosos : Laís ( as duas ) , a alagoana acho que é Jussara , um doce , Fernando , super gente boa . Mas meu destaque vai para Amanda , super gentil , educada , bem humorada , competente , faz tudo para o hóspede estar bem . O problema da Pousada é a sua política de comunicação com o hóspede , só através de whatsapp , não existe serviço de telefonia no quarto , a partir das 22 h fica - se completamente isolado . O serviço de quarto só até às 21 h ,caso precise de algo ou até um socorro não é disponibilizado . A Pousada fica muito distante da cidade , se você esriver sozinho ou sem carro não recomendo a Mar de Minas em hipótese alguma ! Alem de que se locomover internamente é complicado , tudo íngreme . Mas o pior mesmo é saber que a partir das 22 h você está completamente isolado , nem mesmo uma água consegue . E não vi nenhum gerente , parece que a Pousada fica entregue aos funcionários , felizmente são ótimos . O único que não interage com os hóspedes é um rapaz que reveza com Fernando , não lembro o nome . Ah ! também não tem uma pessoa para carregar sua bagagem ou pelos menos ajudar . No meu caso Amanda fez isso com a maior boa vontade mas sei que não é obrigação dela . Você chega cansada e ainda tem que subir a ladeira até seu quarto com bagagem . É mole ?

Excelente, mas pode ser impecável com pouco.
Equipe muito cordial. Preços do bar e cozinha condizentes com o local. Só não gostamos do padrão dos produtos do bar e cozinha. Os funcionários não têm treinamento apropriado para fazer drinks, cada hora saia de um jeito. E o tira-gosto sem controle de qualidade. Serviram um filé mignon que parecia carne reaproveitada de outros pratos, dura, seca, com gordura e nervos.

Férias no paraíso
A pousada está situada em um local paradisíaco, às margens do lago. A recepção foi excelente, limpeza nota 10, café da manhã muito bom e funcionários simpáticos e solícitos. A pousada tem como diferencial o passeio de lancha que parte do local. Recomendo.
