"Initially dates were incorrect, but working with Vanessa we decided to keep the accommodation booked. The flat was very clean, comfortable and in excellent decorative order. Vanessa made me and my parents feel very welcome and was available for any and all enquiries. A lovely stay and a HUGE thank you to Vanessa for being so accommodating, kind and helpful."

"We were surprised that we had to pay extra for heat in the property by purchasing heat credit. The property had a horrible Mildeu smell, which was present even with the windows open. Inside, it was very tired and very small. There is no way it sleeps five comfortably. The larger bed in the main bedroom was uncomfortable with a worn-out foam mattress. It was so painful that I went outside and slept in my car. Additionally, when I woke up, I had beetles crawling on my feet. After we returned...

"Just a one night stay to visit Mt Snowdon, well pleased with the hotel. This is obviously a Coaching Hotel catering for large groups. We were not part of any group, just an individual booking and were treated with a seperate dining room that served up excellent food, brilliant. The young lady on reception was very courteous and allowed us to leave our car in the car park while we visited Mt Snowdon.All round excellence."
