This was our first time coming here and we will definitely be back. I wish we had a longer stay because the weekend isn’t enough time. It’s super kid friendly and there was a lot of activities to do on the campground. We will be back next year for sure!!!!

we booked a last min get a way and we had a fabulous time despite the rain one day and night!!! highly recommend renting a golf cart as we were set a little back from the lake and pool!

It is a very pleasant place , very familiar. The lake and pool areas and many playgrounds are definitely a plus. The little shop is convenient but hours could be better earlier opening and late closing times. Overall great place to stay for a few days. Definitely get a golf car in advance if possible they rent by fast.

Overall, I had a great time staying there. The lake was nice and cleaned, the pools were clean as well. I liked how it was close to Oceans City and Atlantic City However, the cabin was a little bit outdated and not cleaned properly. There was no broom, or mops to clean the floors. I will be coming back!

I really like the lake but the beach area had like trash like broken flip flops , , cigarette butts , someone left socks and a few shirts, baby wipes floating in the water. I mean it’s just trashes the beach area.

We only used it for one night. The cabin was clean but could have used a deep cleaning. Everything else was excellent, the staff was friendly and helpful. When I gave feedback on our cottage, the desk person wrote everything down and made me feel that my input was appreciated. Look forward to staying multiple nights in the future so we can take advantage of all the amenities and activities available.

I enjoyed everything except for the bed and the noisy AC unit in the bedroom. The bed was extremely hard and the plastic cover made the sheets slide off every time I moved. The cover also made it warmer. I don’t think I would stay there again.

Was not horrible but definitely needs some attention and more property amenities. We found clothing under sofa , sofa discolored and dirty . Wall frames dirty , and no staff in site , staff front desk more involved with personal conversation rather then customer . When first attempting to check in , girl greeted me with “checkin is at 3pm” ! Not knowing I paid for early check in , so did not even feel welcomed . Please take the time and invest in hiring great people and those who want to work because I can assure you that all these other negative comments would have been obsolete with staff providing a great experience!

While there we had rain from storm Debby so We were in the unit during our stay. Bed was ok. Very tight space, 12 inches on one side and about 18 inches on other. Uncomfortable, dirty futon only place to sit and view TV. Very tight for 2 people, can’t imagine having 9 people in unit as advertised. One small closet and 6 drawers only space for clothes in cottage. Booked 2 nights, left after one night.
