"Hyannis Travel Inn, MA This place was wonderful. The best thing about it was the staff. They will go out of their way to help you plan your stay. They have numerous recommendations across the entire Cape area for everything from food to shopping to activities. They know all about all the events going on, are super friendly and very helpful. "After check-in, our room had not been cleaned. An unpleasant first for us. Extra round trip to front desk and back to new, clean room. Hospitality mediocre. All else satisfactory. "

"It was fine. It is winter, so the indoor pool was closed. They emailed me ahead of time. I wished they had a binder of local businesses and restaurants that are open this time of year. That would help support local businesses that struggle during the off season. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were very clean. Needs more hooks in the bathroom to hang up towels. The price was very reasonable."

"I love staying at the Ambassador the people are friendly and always willing to lend a helping hand. I have stayed here many times and would recommend this to anyone, with children or traveling alone. The pools are well maintained as well as the hot tub, a definite relaxing place to spend time with friends and family."

"Felix at the front desk was extremely accommodating as I had got into town a few hours earlier than expected, and was able to check in after grabbing lunch so a room would be available when I returned. Obviously I knew this would never happen during the summer!"
