Mais pas possible de discuter des arrangements ou changement car com si compris que je ne pas fait le réservation a l'hôtel (il voulait pas prendre ta par telephone ) mais par vous sans le savoir. J'ai plus que 80 ans et debut depuis 6 mois internett .ce n'est pas facile, plutôt compliqué. Ca me manque un peu compréhensive. !!
