"The hotel is very smart and, although has a lot of rooms, never felt especially busy. It’s a 25-35’ walk to town (uphill on the way back) but the two helpful shuttle buses mean the only challenge is getting home from dinner. The gym and spa area and gym are large and excellent. Most importantly, all the staff were fantastically friendly and fell over backwards to look after you."

"Honestly, this was one of the nicest hotel stays we have ever had. They are accommodating, the hotel is beautiful with views thst are stunning. If you want one of the most charming hotels in the dolomites check this place out."

"This was our second time at the Legació and it won't be the last. The place is beautiful, well located for hikes and biking, visiting lakes, and just having fun in the Dolomites. "We stayed for six nights at Chalet Le Grazie. The owners have gone through a careful and tasteful renovation. It was a pleasure staying here. They thought of every detail. The place is very comfortable, spacious and entirely updated. The owners were available, responsive, and friendly. I look forward to coming back here with my extended family. "Amazing, amazing property. One of a kind view, big table for working and eating, free toiletries. It was the best property we stayed in during our 3-week Italy trip. "I needed step by step instructions by car, and dark, and gps wouldn't work. They were so patient and sweet and the owner came by at night to make sure we were okay, since it was late. Great caring people! Front desk young lady the next day was also extremely helpful and sweet. Breakfast was huge with great variety and taste! Strongly recommend"

Staff, in particular Umberto very helpful not just with food and wine (using Coravin to provide a wide selection by the glass), but also any other questions we had including hiking suggestions, which were spot on for us. "Staying in Gran Ciasa second time. It is absolutely exceptional hotel, I’d rate it 11/10 (a la Spinal Tap) 1) Absolutely stellar personnel from check in to waiters. 2) Hotel is stylish and looks so clean and detailed. 3) perfect after ski section: sauna/pool/massage 4) separately mention chef, our best regards to him 5) even the storage @ checkout is well though "

"Greif is ideally located in a spacious & astoundingly picturesque position. It has 2 private ski shuttle busses & ski hire. It has the most beautiful large pool and indoor outdoor in the snow spa. It has its own multi talented muso for entertainment. The breakfast buffet is huge with every conceivable choice. Highly recommended. Just keep it a secret. 😂 "

10/10 The best place we have ever stayed

"This was the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Our plans changed and they were able to be flexible with our booking. Staff were incredibly helpful and polite - including providing travel information about safest roads during unexpected snowfall. The facilities were all exceptional, new, clean and the rooms were comfortable from bed to shower and everything in between. If that wasn’t enough, the breakfast was sensational every morning (even if arriving ‘late’). The adult wellness centre was a massive bonus and the restaurant next door had such good food we only ventured elsewhere to eat for the point of exploring. We were able to do and see many things from the location; if we go back to Corvara we are 100% staying at Movi again!"

Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff

"The woman at reception was incredibly helpful. The road to Selva was closed the following day and she found suitable public transit options and let me check in early. The hotel also prepared a box breakfast as I had to leave early the following day. Definitely far above and beyond what I expected. The hotel is beautiful and my room was spacious with a large shared patio. The pool and hot tub are in a stunning setting and I enjoyed a long nap in the solarium. I checked out the bar and enjoyed a Negroni sfogliati (sp?) which was a first (Prosecco instead of gin). Sold!!! The public shuttle made it easy to go into town. Loved my brief stay but I’ll be back. "
