"We came for the Polar Express Train Experience. We had decided at the last minute to stay at the hotel. Glad we did as it was easy for getting ready for the train and walking around afterwards. The worst part is I would NOT recommend the dinner at Fred Harvey. It was TERRIBLE!! We did get refunded. However this restaurant is NOT set up for the number of people they’re doing for the Polar Express. We bought the food tickets in September but they were allowing walk-ins. When we came in at 7:40pm...

"From check in to check out the front desk was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was better than most places, it actually includes warm food. It was a great location and value on our Route 66/Grand Canyon trip. We would stay there again. "

"Convenient to Grand Canyon south rim (about 55min drive). Good price point for accomodarion. Clean. Adequate cooking ability. Felt hot water quantity for showering marginal in this Grey Wolf RV … kept shower to max 4-5min to avoid running into cold water. They provide a central shower area, should you need a longer shower."

"Nice hotel with comfortable and clean rooms. Didn’t get to stay long enough to try out the pool or gym but both looked like they would be great. Customer service was on point. Only real thing lacking was the parking. Space is at a premium so trailers or vehicles larger than a SUV have to street park. Didn’t affect us on this trip but good to know in the future. Probably should be noted somewhere before checking in though. Could spoil a trip for someone."

"This was a great place! Everything we were looking for. I had read the other reviews about being too close to the freeway or too far away from the Grand Canyon. #1 the freeway- unless you look in that direction you don’t even know it’s there. #2 the Grand Canyon - Do your research. If you want to visit the Grand Canyon look at the drive first before you book. But if you are just looking for a get away, then this is the place!! Staff is super friendly and the place was very clean. Will definitely stay here again!!"
