"Hotel is located in a very convenient area, short walk to beach and main shopping mall. Also close to light rail. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. Only con was that even though the main bedroom had block out blinds the light was still very bright in the morning as light came in around the sides and top of blinds. The pool area was nice but offered no umbrellas to shade the sun lounges. You did need to be in the pool area before 9 am or you would miss out on getting a sun lounge,...

"The property listed parking as one of the available facilities. However, at the counter during check-in, I was informed that it was conditional, and I had to pay $15 for it. This has never happened to me before—having to pay extra for a feature the property claimed to offer."

"Location was great unit clean ,staff friendly. Alll in all really nice place to stay I would recommend it for sure. Not complaints but things that made it a little harder. Bed was very soft wife liked it my back not so much.Parking. Came back late one night no car park available had to street park for one night. Finish on a positive great aircon. "

"The property was in a fantastic location walking distance to local shopping areas, restaurants and the beach. What wasn’t so great was that it was very ran down towel rails falling off. Unpainted walls where they had been patched up in rooms. For the price this was disappointing. But otherwise staff were lovely and very friendly "

"Our family of four loved staying here. The staff were lovely and the pool facilities were great. Always fresh towels and loungers available. We made use of the restaurants too which was fabulous for the kids when they were tired. The buffet breakfast is amazing! Nice and close to the beach too. We paid to use their carpark too which I recommend as it is less hassle. The room was spacious and comfortable beds. "

"I was so happy with my room with the ocean and city view.. loved it! The only downside was the squeaky bed otherwise the housekeeping staff made up for it.. my room didn't need daily cleaning but they were very happy and obliging when i asked for extra amenities. All stores were of walking distance so it was handy to leave our car parked up for our whole stay. Am definitely staying again! 👌"
