"Never any staff about. Had to pre order basic breakfast which was good but basic Padlock lower entrance door most evenings so if you wanted to go into garden had to go out the front door and walk around the hotel.Had most conversations with staff on what’s app !! "

"Feels like Im staying at my grandmas that I never knew. Very welcoming, feels like home. My wife cried as we were leaving. Fantastic food/dinner. Would recommend to anyone who wants an at home experience. They speak pretty good english for the area and are some of the most kind people I have met. Its not a 5 star hotel. Its a 5 star home"

"What a beautiful place to stay! Signore Pardi is very gracious and always answered my texts quickly. The Villa where the reception is and the breakfast room are lovely and have beautiful pictures of the family. Maria who greeted us was very sweet as was the lovely Signora who prepared our breakfast. It is a very peaceful place and has a lovely place outside our room to relax and look at the beautiful view. He suggested a lovely restaurant called Il Gattone. "Vincent, Anna his mother were so nice. They did have a washer but no dryer. Breakfast was great. Coffee and tea was available 24 hrs. The vies were incredible a bit of of a challenge to locate because it is next to the main residence. Loved the space very clean safe and handicappable access no issues. We did ask for fresh towels but with the language they did not arrive "

"We only stayed for one night but enjoyed our stay, except the breakfast. Nothing to eat apart from cereal and sweet croissants ang yoghurt. The room was spacious, clean. Lovely, well looked after hotel area. We all enjoyed the pools. 20 min from Pescara which was also amazing. "

"This was a surprise. I just needed a late night check-in coming in from the airport. Easy to find. Greeted upon arrival. Comfortable but firm bed. Nice bathroom. Good WiFi. Way above average breakfast with nice touches: freshly squeezed juice, fresh assorted fruit. Abbiamo anche cenato in struttura e devo dire che è stato molto meglio che in un buon ristorante. "Von den drei in Italien von uns angefahrenen Hotels das zweitbeste! Wir können es nur empfehlen! Auch Hundebesitzern (wir mit Dalmatinerin, 7 Jahre alt).
