Nice amenities and right next to ocean (more surfing spot rather than swimming, but pool was nice as well). With more times notice and some updates, this place could easily be 5 star. Again, super thanks to Angel for the last-minute accomodations."

"I just didn’t like the room location and what they have as a beach you can only go into the water 3 feet then you hit underwater seaweed or underwater plants. I didn’t like our room location but that is a me thing not hotel fault. Everything else was perfect. Staff was fantastic, hotel was beautiful, food was incredible! Would I stay there again Yes! Would I recommend this hotel to others Yes! There is plenty to do there and if you have kids there are things for them to do too."

"The property was perfect for what my family needed. Everything was within a 20-30 minute drive. All staff members were very friendly and attentive to our needs. Alex the manager was readily available and provided us with different options for dinning and places to explore. The gate guards and security staff were also very helpful. We had a pizza dinner on our last night and we treated them as a Thank You! The Villa was perfect in size for our family of five. My husband, two boys and our daughter. The beds were very comfortable, it felt like sleeping in the clouds. Happy we booked with Lakeside Villa at Villa Y-1. We are definitely coming back."
