The service is bit too formal- when we requested a dinner reservation we could not get the time we wanted and when we arrived a half hour after our requested time there were only two tables taken- it was empty. "The setting of this property outside of Estremoz is bucolic chic, and Walter, the host, was extremely gracious. My stay happened to be the day of the recent power outage in Portugal, Spain, France and other areas of Europe. Not having power was of no consequence however; it only added to the charm of being in the countryside. Walter was a pleasure to talk with, and went out of his way to make me feel welcomed. The room was comfortable and had a nice private outdoor terrace next to the pool. If ever in Portugal again, I'll be going back to Reflexos d'Alma! Obrigado Walter"
