Room (apartment) was very well equipped and kept spotless by housekeeping. Bed was comfortable and we found it quiet when trying to sleep. Sea view rooms might have a little more road noise at times. Location is also fabulous, just across the street from the sea and also very convenient with only a few (5-10) minutes stroll up to the Antibes...

They are always in super convenient locations for travelers, and while rooms re smallish for N Am hotels, very cleverly designed, with the perks that matter. Really good bed linens, fast hot showers, safes, etc. Al the Okkos we've been in also offer BIG stylish lounge areas with coffee, juices, waters, snacks available all day for guests. At the Cannes location that lounge area is on the 7th (6th European) floor...

"We had a great stay at this hotel. Parking at a nearby underground garage was offered by the hotel at a discount. Hotel is centrally located at city center and close to the port. We had fun at the Christmas market we went to when we roamed around the hotel during our stay. "Aside from one rude attendant. The rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean. Exterior entry’s and lobby very clean. The exterior of the building may require a facelift. It’s showing its age. Location was good. The beach restaurant doesn’t look like the photographs and charge for day beds even if you are staying at the hotel. "
