"We have stayed here many times with variable opinions each time. The location is fabulous but the place is beginning to look tired and in need of a good refurbishment, especially the bathrooms. It is a large property and the inflated price reflects the location not the property itself, considering you only get one set of towels per person, have to strip beds and clean at the end of the stay otherwise you are charged. "Terrible overall, we did not stay. Left upon checking in. The front desk was helpful Very hard to find the reception upon arrival. Is a huge complex, shared with other hosts. It is more like residential buildings, looked very creepy and unsafe. Very outdated, old…. bad crowd everywhere, like street trash….the room was with no double queen or king beds…. old apartments We left right away"

"We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was in a great location right by the marina, near restaurants and shops. The place was very modern, spacious, and clean. The attendant working at the front desk was very hospitable and did a great job at recommending places to see and visit during our stay. I would recommend this property to friends visiting Cannes. "

"Location is solid. However, I will flag a few things: -Get ready to walk up a few stair cases inside the building depending where your room is. -at night you do hear quite a bit of street noise. I’m talking about 4,5,6am. A car driving (I think it’s some type of trash service or something at the time) -some reviews I saw before booking mentioned possible bed bugs which of course had me a bit unsettled but can confirm there were ZERO. All that being said, I would book there again. "

"The apartment is one of many in the same block. Regrettably, it is unclear which photos refer to the apartment one is booking. For example they show a terraced area for dining but with no indication to which flat it refers. Also we reported that the TV did not work (or connect to the internet) on day one. By day four no one had repaired it. "

Perfect locatoin & nice perks

"We've used Okko hotels at least half a dozen times: Paris, Nice, Toulon, Cannes. They are always in super convenient locations for travelers, and while rooms re smallish for N Am hotels, very cleverly designed, with the perks that matter. Really good bed linens, fast hot showers, safes, etc. Al the Okkos we've been in also offer BIG stylish lounge areas with coffee, juices, waters, snacks available all day for guests. At the Cannes location that lounge area is on the 7th (6th European) floor with views and an outdoor terrace. Something we've enjoyed very much both times we've stayed here. Literally step off the train, in two minutes you're at the hotel and within a couple blocks of pretty cafes, great restaurants, both cool & luxurious shops - five minutes to the waterfront. Absolutely a winner!"
