"Todo bien en general pero desgraciadamente esta situado a pie de una carretera bastante transitada por vehículos y camiones por lo que, a pesar de ser muy tranquilo, el exterior es bastante ruidoso. Los apartamentos están perfectamente aislados acústicamente y son silenciosos en su interior. "

"The room was nice. The morning service in the Restaurant/Bar was very disappointing as the staff was rude when I mentioned there was a missing order of coffee or when I asked for the check. This happened two days in a row. We did mention this rude behavior to the supervisor of the restaurant. Additionally, the carpet and floor on the fourth floor was stained and very dirty. Outside the elevator, it seemed like there was a bump and hole in the concrete. "

"I hope someone from the hotel reads this review because with a few simple changes it could be a hidden gem! The information on this site about the hotel is inaccurate. The use of the pool/spa is not free and in a total seperate building - you require swim hats and is not ideal for children. It is a nice spa with luxourious facilities.
