"Stunning gardens, pool and kitchen garden. Absolutely beautiful surroundings. The hotel rooms are set in gorgeous positions but ours (1116) was very dated. Felt a bit like a very large room in an institution! Bathroom sliding door needed repair and the shower was a trickle. Dirty seal on shower too. Felt it could be an amazing hotel given its layout and gardens but not sure what it would be like when busy. There were very few guests when we were there but the many, many loungers round the pool...
