"Great location for visiting Cango Caves and Cango Wildlife Park. Nice to be so near a variety of animals at Wildewangel. Unfortunately the restaurant closed at 5 pm and we had to drive 30km into Oudtshoorn for a meal. Comfortable room and facilities but no heating."

"Annalee was very accommodating when we arrived late and still gave us the full tour and description of her property. The area has lots to do with ostrich farms, Cango caves. Bufflesdrift Lodge is nearby is a great place for dinner. Bufflesdrift also has elephant tours and feedings etc!"

"The location and grounds were stunning and incredibly well kept. The children had lots of green space to play and explore and be up close with the animals. Our deck was expansive which made for lovely evenings watching the sun go down behind the hills and the sky change colour. "What an amazing stay! We arrived late at night, but were given such a warm welcome and even asked what we wanted to eat in advance so they could have it ready for us. "This is a beautiful property and the room was amazing. It felt super safe and we had no complaints with the venue. We did find that the staff weren’t as personable as some of the other places we stayed during our trip, but they were still helpful and polite. The only complaint we had was that we had booked an olive tour the night prior, and we were told it was a 45 minute tour with a tasting. We waited half an hour for the tour and was picked up in a pickup truck and driven around for 25 minutes...
