Excellent Location

Our stay was excellent!! We have never felt so at home away from home! Property owners were so accommodating and they were also available for anything - not that anything was needed. Restaurants and beach very accesible. We highly recommend if you are looking for a restful and re-energizing experience! Can’t wait to plan our next trip!!

Very beautiful for the price. The owner was so helpful and caring. He was willing to help with every little thing 24 hours a day. I would absolutely go back as his service to his clients and communication was exceptional.

The property had everything I needed. Spoons, forks, cups, pans, kitchen appliances, etc. Just buy your own groceries and you can cook a meal like if you were at home. Milko (Owner) greeted us as we arrived. Very friendly and went out of his way to help us and made us feel right at home.

What a beautiful stay! Milko and his family were great, the room and property are absolutely lovely, and the area is wonderful. 1.5 blocks off the beach and a few more blocks to the cutest downtown area with tons of good restaurants and a nice grocery store. The bed was comfortable, the AC and WiFi work great, and you will love your private oasis!

An excellent 8 day stay

My wife and I had eight perfect vacation days in the Casa Juanita apartment. The property is located within 5 min walk to the beach and within 5 min drive from the Puerto Morelos center/restaurants. Our unit is spacious for two; the kitchen is convenient, the bedroom space feels isolated with TV and AC (very quiet but mighty), and it has an exit to the tropical mini-backyard/patio. Perfect noise isolation, too. The pool area is beautiful! Street parking was safe and convenient, with a lot of space. Overall, the hosts did a great job. Many thanks to Milko!

The place is cute and welcoming. Lovely entrance with flowers and plants. There is a locked entrance to the shared space by the pool. The common space has lovely plants, an outdoor shower for rinsing off sand (ocean is like 2 blocks for easy entry), plenty of lounge chairs, and a fountain. Kitchen is compact, but has plenty of items for basic cooking and storage. They provide a large water jug. They had a coffee maker (I don't like the Keurigs). They also had a juicer/food processor? There were beach towels and a couple of chairs to take to the beach. The bathroom is tiny. One person at a time. The water did get hot quickly. There is not a door between the bedroom and living space—it is an open doorway. The AC is only in the bedroom. The AC works well. The place is nice and quiet. There is a little covered private patio in the back off of the bedroom with a little table. The bed was comfortable (pillows not as much). There is plenty of clothing storage. Fortunately, the owner/host was around. Otherwise we would have been confused when we arrived. I may have received an email when I booked in November, but not shortly before our travels. The host what accommodating, helpful, and personable.

Better than a resort!

A really great stay, under 5 minute walk to the beach and 15 minute walk or $2 usd taxi from the town square where there’s a super market that has everything. Provided: beach chairs, drinking water, AC, a small kitchen, good WiFi, Netflix if you care and a super compfy king bed. Only four units, seems like a spot for longer stays, so you will meet the neighbors. Hosts are great!

We had a three day stay , although I wish we had made arrangements for longer. If you like the pictures of this property , wait until you get there. Very well maintained, clean, very pretty and feels like home by the minute you step inside the yard. The owners, Milko and his wife are a very welcoming and professional couple who love what they do and they are always ready to provide help and answer any questions you might have. Also you feel like you know then for years which makes you feel welcome and comfortable. The property is located at a walking distance from the beach, restaurants, market street, grocery stores and local clinic; so if you decide to stay local at Puerto Morelos you don't really need a car and it is very easy to navigate yourself around. If you want to explore beyond Puerto Morelos , Cancun (and airport) is only 20-25 mins driving north, Playa del Carmen 45mins to 1h and Tulum about 1h and 30mins, both toward south. I could write more about this property but I will stop there. You need to go and see by your self.

Et super godt hotel

Vi boede i lejlighed nr. 2 på Righetto Vacation Rentals i 13 dage og nød det i fulde drag. Lejligheden har et lille, men meget velfungerende køkken, spisepladser både inde og ude og en separat soveafdeling. Hotellet ligger i et skønt og stille område kun 5 minutters gang fra stranden og har en fin pool med solsenge ved. Mens vi var der, var kun to af de fire lejligheder beboet, hvilket var fint, men måske vil poolområdet blive lidt overfyldt, hvis alle lejligheder er beboede. Men stedets absolut største aktiv er uden sammenligning den daglige manager, Milko, der svarer på henvendelser næsten inden, de er sendt, og som gør alt for at hjælpe med stort set hvad som helst. Vi kan ikke anbefale dette sted nok!

My husband and I stayed for three nights and were upgraded to a beautiful two bedroom apartment. The kitchen was so well equipped. I Just wish I had the opportunity to use more gadgets. The bed was the perfect firmness. The linens appeared to be new, crisp white and high quality. The apartment’s art work was tasteful and authentic.

Our stay at Casa Juanita was excellent. From the check-in to the check-out process. Milko's welcome speech, which consists of showing you the grounds and explaining how everything works is humourous and quick. The room and grounds are very well appointed and exceptionaly clean. The kitchen has everything you need to make all your meals and drinks (Toaster, coffee maker, blender, stove and oven, fridge, cutlery (kitchen knives that actually cut) cutting boards, all the dishes and glassware, as well as dish soap and food disinfectant "Microdyn" ). The beach towels, chairs and umbrella (Tommy Bahama) were all in our room upon our arrival and were all very clean - the beach is a 3 to 5 minute walk. Milko and his staff (Milko's wife, Benjamin (maintenance) and Lupita (House cleaning)) are exceptional. What more can you ask for when everything is clean and EVERYONE is always smiling. The Righetto team provided an amazing customer experience.

Very friendly personnel! We got a detailed welcome tour. Could ask help at the office at any time. The property was beautiful and clean. We were 5, including two seniors and two kids- all enjoyed their stay and the small pool. It was perfect for us.
