Generally a very pleasant stay. The room is clean and quiet. The bed is also comfortable. Great shower with excellent water pressure. The gym is pretty decent for a hotel. The pool is not big but good enough for a relaxed swim. There is a shopping mall next to the hotel where you can find restaurants and a convenience store.

Liked the convenience of being closer to city center. Front desk tried to put a $600 hold on my funds. I let them hold $300 but the said they couldn’t take hold off even though bill was only $70. The restaurant Litoral was terrible. The vegetarian enchiladas were inedible. Never again

Nice welcoming and the staff were friendly and the I got was the view was nice but what I did not like was the cleaning staff. They don’t clean your room and the bathroom they only replace some things not everything and the bedsheets they don’t replace it and they just use the cover to make it look like the bed was arranged. The management need to work on the cleaning departments cause they don’t do they job and the bathroom in my room smells. Every other thing was good is the cleaning that was my problem

Property was lovely for the most part, including the restaurants in the area and convenient for shopping but a few issues. We were not told we would be charged for wifi daily and tried to charge us when we checked out. I had to show them that my reservation said free wifi daily. The rooms were clean but the bedding for a couple nights smelled moldy and felt damp. They told us we could get tickets for the beach club but when we went to get them we’re told they were sold out and only had a certain amount. If we knew that we would have coke first thing in the morning. It was nice they let us check in early at noon but didn’t give us the room with the King size bed and pull out couch. It was a double bed and much smaller room.
