The rooms not clean enough and the bed’s sheets it’s disgusting and the bathrooms so bad . The food not delicious but not bad the customer service staff does not answer on the phone it was a bad experience the everything it’s definitely not like what see in the photo I feel it’s scamming you.

Overall a decent property. Rooms were pretty small, AC unit was loud and TV was broken, but we were only on the room to changes, clean up and sleep. We loved that it was right on the beach.

Rooms are not what they look like. No information on how the washrooms look like before booking which came to us as a surprise. Very tiny washrooms. Basically the whole premise looks pretty at the entrance but old and worn down in the living areas

Our room AC didn’t work well. We paid for all inclusive but I wish we didnt.The bar outside was packed the food is not all that. Everytime we went to the buffet everything was cold. The staff is really nice the kids enjoyed the piña coladas.

In reality , beach is full of sea weed, dirty , smelly, OS Palm is not 4 star , it is nearly 2 Star we were surprise how bad was it, we had to pay extra $1400 Canadian to get the better room, and next day we had flood in room, every time rains, room was flooded, once you are there , there is no help, no one responding fro Expedia, so we had to just pay and leave with it

The staff was very friendly and excellent. The rooms are badly in need of upgrade. Some rooms did not have hot water and then the air conditioner went out. The food was not very good.

I am very upset with the deal Expedia sold me. I feel like I went blind sighted. Got there expecting something and was slapped with a very poor experience. The room that we had didn’t even have a refrigerator, I had to go to guest services to get it changed. Yes they did change it, thankfully. The problem isn’t as much with the actual hotel as it is with Expedia. I was only able to click on whether I wanted to have the “all inclusive” or not but got there to find out that my “all inclusive” wasn’t as ALL inclusive as they said. Constantly made us feel like we didn’t deserve good service for not purchasing the higher package, even though Expedia didn’t give us the option to purchase different packages.

Outside the resort was wonderful but the inside of the hotel room had horrible smell. Smell like sewage or mold, especially the bathroom. The room was old and felt disgusted. We had little to no cold water for shower, we told them, the maintenance came he said it was normal. Even though we upgraded the room it still smells the same. Not going back to Oasis Palm.

The Hotel rooms needs to be renovated . Long waiting time to eat in the restaurant and they only have 2, one wich is only pasta and pizza and the other one is a buffet, Also they dont have lot of parking. Services is not the same that it use to be before.
