Good - it was clean and spacious. The hotel itself has no rooms on the ground level and no elevator, so be prepared to climb stairs. It was comfortable inside and the air conditioning worked. It's a little hard to find. The area nearby does not feel safe.

Comfortable stay in the middle of town

Would stay again!

I had a great experience here, staff was very kind and responsive, the hotel is basic but has a good charm about it and was very clean. Centrally located in downtown Cancun, lots of food and shopping in the adjacent area, two blocks from the Bus station, it was a great place to end my trip around the Yucatán!

Hotel Nader is an excellent and affordable choice for a comfortable stay. The spacious, spotless rooms and peaceful surroundings make it very pleasant. Conveniently located next to the ADO bus station, it’s perfect for easy transit. I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Nader , there was an issue with the A/C but the staff quickly fixed the issue and I had no problems with my stay at Hotel Nader.

It was very clean and all the staffs are nice and respectful. There are good restaurants in walking distance. And we went to Cafe Nader for breakfast every morning. We didn’t feel dangerous walking around even after sunset.
