I asked to fix the safe in the room because it did not work and they did not fix it. I asked three times to fix it and they didn’t they came down and said they have to replace it and they said they will be right back and they never came.

I have traveled the world. Rarely experienced the All-inclusive travel option. They had the BEST food in the world I have experienced. The staff is out of this world. Kudo's to you all..

If you love to party, thats the place for you. Restaurants were ok, buffet was the best. Drinks are very watered down, a lot of raw meat, not really fresh fruits, so bring something for an upset stomach! Pharmacies accross the street, so that was convinient. Otherwise, the staff was amazing! Weather this time was very windy and it was almost impossible to swim close to shore, waves just drowned you. Volleyball was great! Out of 10 days, we had about 2 days of sun where there was no clouds. Very much a party resort! Entertainment was ok. Games were fun!

From the time I checked in it was excellent and one of the best time I’ve had in a long time. The staff was great, as soon as you walk in. The only I didn’t like was leaving.
