Great location and beds were super comfortable! Couch leg was broken, arm chair unstable and shower head leaked so pressure was weak but balcony was good size and apartment had everything needed.

Placed a booking with last minute. Received confirmation from both last minute and City Style. Arrived only to have to contact with the property managers. Had to push 2 days worth of work into one day as this accommodation was not made available once i arrived. I paid for 2 nights and did not use get to sleep in this apartment at all. I want a refund!

Needs a deep clean, but nice on the surface

Loved the location, easy to walk to restaurants and shops. The unit itself is nice, but needs a deep clean and some easy maintenance. I found shoes left from the last guest under the table. The dishes/glasses were not totally clean so I felt like I had to wash everything before using. One of the tiles in the kitchen was lose, but a rug had been placed over it. The laundry bi-fold door had pieces of lining hanging from it when you opened the door. Overall, it was nice, but had to give it a 3 star rating since the upkeep is pretty bad.

It’s a nice and clean apartment, in a new 7-story building. The gym in the building is actually quite nice. I also liked the location. It was an overall a pleasant stay. The only issue I had with this property is on the first day when: 1) I could not access the parking garage due to incorrect instructions/garage key left for pick up. That took 1.5 hours to be resolved. 2) the bed sheet had stains, although the rest of the bedding was crispy clean. 3) some basic amenities one would expect from serviced appartments were missing or not checked before next guests’ arrival, e.g., there were no frying pans to make hot breakfasts in the mornings, the dish soap bottle was completely empty.

Great location, easy instructions to follow to gain access. Had to ring handy man who was friendly and able to help me solve the issue over the phone. I think it would be better if there was a fan in the room with the queen bed. No air conditioner and very uncomfortable on a hot evening. There is only one mirror in the bathroom. Could be better if there was a mirror in the toilet with sink or full sized mirror inside one of the wardrobe cupboards. No fan in the bathroom or toilet. This would be a good idea given there is no other source of ventilation like a window. Screen door of the single beds room was not fitted correctly. Little over priced given these issues but nice organisation managing it. So perhaps those improvements can be made to make it a more comfortable experience.

Loved the location and easy access. The unit was not very clean. Lolly papers stuffed down the side of the lounge, dark hair on the floor and on the beds, kitchen bench had not been wiped down properly and the inside windows were covered in handprints. The towel rail in the toilet kept falling down when we hung a hand towel on it. The floor in the bathroom was not clean. With COVID I would have thought cleaning a priority.

The room was dirty and inconvenient. It’s too small. Everything is cheap. The carpets were dirty. They store all towels and bedroom stuff in a car park and then you will use it and sleep on it. Disgusting. Very Chinese style service.

Good overall experience, internet was only average and for an advertised executive apartment it could've been cleaner and had tv's in both bedrooms instead of only the lounge room. Bathroom had no exhaust fan so room filled up with steam and the shower door wouldn't shut properly. Small things but still would make the staying experience even better
