"A rustic property in the quaint village of Longpont, this hotel felt a little like one of those “Restaurants with rooms” concepts that are springing up now, in that everything revolves around the restaurant, more or less. And that’s no bad thing, as the restaurant serves excellent dinners on it’s lovely outdoor terrace (with inside dining too if the weather is bad)

"When we arrived we received heartfelt apologies that the heating was not working (and autumn chill had just set in). There was however an open fire in the dining room. The meal was acceptable, but not outstanding. I don't know if we were suffering from an end of season situation.
There was no offer of any reduction from our bill as a measure of good will."

On day of checkin I was sent an email outside of the hotels.com site asking for a deposit even though my booking was paid up front. It was a little bit sketchy. "This is a wonderful big hotel if your family wants more space and amenities than city hotels. We enjoyed a spacious room with comfortable beds and a great bathroom and relaxing space for four adults and teens. It is a long cab ride of 45-60 minutes or hotel transport to the train if you want to see Paris tourist attractions in the city Centre. But access to a large fitness center and swimming was important and helped everyone recover from long days walking around Paris and to have vacation time that felt more like an escape from work and school life. Highly recommend if you’re good with being well outside of central city Paris. It seems truly fabulous for families with young children. Incredibly kind and welcoming staff. Very helpful."

"From checking in to checking out our stay was fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful always. The room was very well equipt and very clean. The only issue we had was with the attachment that held the shower head, this was only a very minor inconvenience. "
"Wonderful hotel with great theming. Room was clean and well looked after. Basic as its a 2* hotel, but plenty of room and amenities for just myself.
Before travelling I was concerned about temperature as the hotel does not have air conditioning. But I was pleasantly surprised. Air con would have been better, but with me leaving curtains closed in the day, then opening the window in the evening and having the fan on in the evening and at night I slept comfortably despite the heatwave.
My room was well located being only about 3mins from the main reception and shop area, but also right on the path to the parks. In total it took just 8minutes to reach the Disney Village and only 18minutes to get to the park entrance.
Tickets were included in my booking and it was super easy to add the booking to the Disneyland Paris app so I could get my MagicPass and book restaurants etc."
"Close proximity to the big Val d’Europe mall, which has shops, restaurants, snacks, and more. Also at the end of the mall is the RER train station which you can take to get to the heart of Paris.
15-20 minute walk to and from the Disney park which is very convenient. Free shuttle also served well for us. Pool was fun, laundry worked well, staff was nice.
Only complaint, albeit tiny and not important, is our card key to get into the room lost its scanning ability 3 different times which made us have to get new ones each time."
