"Loved the view outside but it is Canmore so that's to be expected. For better or for worse had the room right near the pool and until 10pm the noise was ridiculous. Hundred kids yelling and running in the halls. Room was dark and good for sleep but not particularly comfortable to be in during the day. Couch was not comfortable, bed was great. Nice little kitchenette and fridge. This was the most expensive budget room I have had ever.. The food at the buffet was good."

"Convenient location to stay for skiing Lake Louise or touring around the area. Not much in the way of local amenities but is expected for the area. Buildings/lodges are not connected to the main facility which contains the check-in desk, restaurant, bar, pool & recreation facilities which is a little inconvenient when it’s -28 degrees outside & one wishes to utilize any of the services in the main building. Patio Doors & main doors of the rooms are very drafty especially in winter & below -20...

"We had a great stay here! It's close to everything in Lake Louise. Check in and Check out was quick. The hot tub area is very relaxing. And the continental breakfast is full of delicious food - eggs, bacon, hash browns, waffles, fruit, muffins, bread, cereal. I really like that there was a chocolate fountain there for Valentine's Day! I've stayed here a few times now and it's always been perfect."

"Hotel is beautiful, In excellent shape and in an excellent area. Carlitos restaurant made amazing Pizza and waits times were reasonable for how busy they were. Front desk staff were pretty great and the underground parking was expensive but worth it. Only complaints were housekeeping. We had housekeeping come in the first day but room wasn’t very clean and coffee supplies not refilled even though a tip was left. We decided not to have housekeeping clean rooms after that. Pool bathroom/change...
