"I really enjoyed my stay here. I was put in the VIP#2 room and I enjoyed the view. As the room was on the 6th floor, it was also fairly quiet. I booked a private tour of the floating markets and canal cruise through this hotel, and it was excellent. Mr. Hai, my guide spoke English very well and was very kind. I loved the small floating market we visited and especially the peaceful cruise along the small canals. I highly recommend this tour!"

"Avoid, avoid, avoid!!! We booked three upper deluxe room. Showed up and was told rooms were sold out. The receptionist had to go make several phone calls to management who was not on site. Hotel tried to make us pay extra for one room upgrade while downgrading the other two rooms. They comped us by giving us “breakfast” even though our booking included breakfast. Breakfast was very limited. My daughter ended up having a stomach ache afterwards. Only one working elevator. The lights in the...

"This is our second time coming back here, two weeks ago we were here and fell in love with the environment and the services over here, the last review was a mistake from Expedia.
