Bom, mas precisa melhorar o café da manhã
No geral foi boa, mas é preciso ressaltar que a acústica do quarto é bem ruim. Conseguimos ouvir o ronco do hóspede do quarto ao lado. Qual barulho que ocorria na recepção ou corredor parecia dentro do quarto. A porta do banheiro estava bastante desgastada na parte de baixo e quando abria e fechava fazia muito barulho. Importante ressaltar que o quarto era grande e bem conservado, estava limpo, chuveiro bom e com agua bem quente, frigobar e armário bem espaçoso. O café da manha deixou bastante a desejar e por isso que minha avaliação foi mediana. A área do café tem um teto de vidro que com o Sol forte deixa o local bem quente, por ser aberto vários pássaros entravam no local e comiam bolos, pães e etc inclusive sujando (fez cocô) em cima de um bolo (necessário colocar uma proteção/pano/...). Solicitei um waffle, porém foi feito com uma massa diferente e não estava bom, vimos várias pessoas deixando no prato. Pão de queijo tambem nao estava bom, teve um dia que acabou o queijo mussarela. A localização da pousada é boa, fica aprox 1 km do centro Capivari, mas não da para ir a pé pois a pousada fica em um morro, é uma boa subida. Na minha opinião, é um bom custo benefício, mas precisa se atentar para melhorar o café da manhã.

Infelizmente quando estivemos na cidade de Campos do Jordão entrou na fase vermelha da covid e naõ pudemos usufruir de todo o passeio e fomos embora frustados. Mas em relação a Apple House o atendimento foi muito bom.

Funcionários atenciosos. Quartos, área do café e áreas comuns sempre limpas e higienizadas. Café da manhã com bastante variedade e muito bom. A Pousada dispõe gratuitamente de chás e biscoitinhos à vontade. O ambiente é agradável e próximo ao centro do Capivari.

A estadia foi muito boa. O cafe da manhã é simples porem bem completo. Possuem a opção de preparar omelete, waffle e etc, estava tudo muito gostoso. A casa é muito agradável assim como o quarto que ficamos. Apesar de ficar ao lado da sala da recepção não nos incomodamos com o barulho das pessoas passando e falando. O chuveiro também é bom e a agua esquente bem rapido. Sentimos falta de agua quente na torneira da pia, que nao funcionou e de locais para pendurar a toalha para secar. No geral, a estadia vale a pena, ótimo custo benefício
