A equipe de funcionários são o ponto auge do hotel: atenciosos e disponíveis. O quarto é banheiro estavam limpos. Porém, infelizmente, quando fui tomar banho às 20:40 não tinha água quente (banho suportável porém mais pra frio). Este foi um ponto muito ruim. Pela manhã, 06h, havia água quente e o banho foi confortável. O café da manhã é incrível. Recomendo a estadia no hotel e voltaria a me hospedar.

É sempre bom hospedar no Lotus hotel. Assim que recebo a confirmação do proximo encontro de turmas na EEAer, faço a reserva pois sei que é bem concorrido. O café da manhã é muito bom, os quartos muito confortáveis, o pessoal é muito educado, receptivel e tem um ótimo atendimento.

Muito limpo, organizado e a equipe é cordial.
Simpatia da equipe é extraordinária, muito rápida em atender, o quarto muito limpo e confortável, tv tem acesso a grande maioria dos canais abertos e pagos. Temos apenas dois apontamentos o wi-fi no quarto que ficamos está bem ruim, toda hora ficávamos sem sinal e o almoço que pedimos no hotel , comida bem fresquinha e saborosa (pedimos tilápia no almoço) mas a quantidade para pessoas que comem um pouco mais (como meu marido)_é pouca rsrs, para mulheres que comem pouco a quantidade é exata, pelo sabor vale a pena. Tem diversos restaurantes próximos , inclusive self service, onde fomos é bem próximo do hotel. Acabamos jantando neste restaurante e voltamos à pé par ao hotel. Tud calmo , organizado e silencioso, a piscina é bem limpa e a área organizada , as bebidas tem um preço justo. Voltaremos com certeza.
