overall very good. Surprised that the front desk did not speak any English, but still the staff was very nice. Also surprised that there is no ticket or document when I handed them the keys to the rental car. Usually you get a ticket or something proving you handed them your keys for the car. Again, overall very nice and loved the short distance to the main streets.

Hotel muito bom mas demos azar
O Hotel é muito bom, super bem localizado, fazíamos tudo a pé, café da manhã muito bom. Eu só tive azar dessa vez pois havia uma excursão de mais de 100 jovens no hotel, que passaram a noite inteira correndo pelos corredores e gritando o que incomodou muito e na primeira noite não conseguimos dormir ( e olha que tem que fazer muito barulho pra atrapalhar nosso sono).. a ponto de termos que ligar algumas vezes na recepção e até sair no corredor e pedir que o barulho fosse minimizado.. no outro dia a gerência do hotel conversou com os organizadores que vieram falar conosco e não se repetiu na noite posterior.

Estadia razoável, poderia ser melhor. Me hospedei neste hotel há alguns anos e o quesito limpeza era muito melhor. Quartos e corredores empoeirados, pia suja, box do banheiro bem sujo. Infraestrutura do hotel é boa, além da proximidade de bares e restaurantes.

Ótima estadia. Café da manhã excelente e com opção para todos os gostos. Tive um inconveniente apenas, pois fui incomodado com ligação da recepção para me cobrar o valor da diária pet e para preencher um formulário, sendo que eu havia informado sobre meu pet no check in. No mais, os funcionários são super educados. Não curti o fato do quarto não ter ar condicionado, e o ventilador disponibilizado era de chão e foi difícil posicioná-los por conta da disposição das tomadas. O fato do frigobar do quarto estar dentro do armário também é ruim. Chuveiro do banheiro, no caso as torneiras, estavam ruins. Mas estou apontando minha percepção, subjetiva, e pontualidade que me ocorreram, no mais, o hotel é ótimo, há vagas cobertas e não cobertas para chegar de carro, tem elevador na parte coberta que vai para o andar do quarto, tem restaurante no hotel, recepção 24h, a localização é excelente, tudo limpo, funcionários educados e dispostos em ajudar, no café da manhã e restaurante há uma área pet que possibilita desfrutar da refeição com seu pet, super recomendo!
