The employees are well trained and get out problems quickly and in my case, the room was flooded due to an operational error by the guest in the neighboring room and asap changed the room! The meals and breakfast are excellents with a variety of proteins and desserts with fruits and sweets. Room and accessories in good condition and hotel well located for religious tourism.

Hotel bem localizado, Quarto excelente, banheiro excelente, cama excelente e confortável, café da manhã maravilhoso, estacionamento bom. O que deixou à desejar, foi a falta de simpatia dos atendentes da recepção, o WIFI que não é bom e o fato de ter apenas um elevador (lento e com capacidade de 5 pessoas) para um hotel com mais de 100 quartos, isso se tornou inviável devido ao grande tempo para espera. Você hospedaria novamente neste hotel? Sim, se eu ficar sabendo que os dois elevadores estão em funcionamento e que melhoraram a qualidade do WIFI.
