"The location of this hotel is amazing. The staff are all welcoming.
The pool and garden are gorgeous. Our room was large with a great view, despite being in the original side of the hotel it was very quiet.
The food was amazing, the five course dinner was filling and an excellent introduction to South Tyrol. The breakfast were delicious with farm fresh eggs and fruit. "
"Great place to stay for a solo traveler. The rooms were very clean and just enough space for one. Great location, in walking distance to everything. They give you a free bus pass and ticket to the pool. The breakfast was good and they also serve dinner for a few."
"What can I say….5 stars all round. We had an exceptional stay. We have been travelling Europe for the last month staying is some stunning hotels along the road….nothing compares to the Sonus Alpis. The beds wow, service is spot on, views to die for and possible the best breakfast selection anywhere in the world. I will be back. Plus parking is FREE 😁"

10/10 Excellent
"This hotel is really special. The staff is always smiling, very friendly and helpful. This is a dog friendly hotel. The rooms are very spacious and have lots of interesting amenities like Suanas, exercise equipment and huge balconies. Surprisingly a huge breakfast, dinner and parking were included in our room rate. I can't say enough good things about this property. I highly recommend "
"Dining was first rate, room was beautiful would stay again. No AC or fan and was hot at night but was a minor thing in the beauty of this hotel and area. "
"Excellent facility, staff very accommodation and helpful. Central to old part of town. Easy access to bus services and shops.
Room too warm (July) air conditioning would not adjust below 19 deg"
"My Arbor was one of the nicest hotels I’ve experienced, the world over. Beautiful design. Stunning views. Amazing staff. Wonderful food and drinks. A world class spa. I could go on and on. The best part of our stay was the staff. Everyone was incredibly nice and accommodating. There was at least one owner in house who was very charming and made us feel very welcome. Can’t recommend this hotel enough. Thanks so much!"
"8:15 pm I received a call from the front desk and I replied we would have been there by 8:45. Upon our arrival at 8:45 we were asked if we wished to have dinner at the hotel. We replied affirmatively and we were told rather abruptly to hurry up because the kitchen was about to close and to go immediately to the restaurant area without even going in our room… the waiter and the rest of the staff were very polite and absolutely amazing was the young Indian lady that was there for breakfast. Unfortunately the lady, probably the owner, that was at the reception was rude beyond words.
