Accommodation states that rooms have air conditioning, this is not the case, they have a plug in fan which is in no way sufficient during 34 deg C heat, very uncomfortable sleeping conditions. Arrived to be told that keys need to be collected from office in Bardolino (several KMs away) due to Covid, this was not communicated in advance, luckily we had a hire car others did not. "Really enjoyed this hotel. Great location overlooking lake Garda. Lovely pools, good air con, great breakfast buffet and nice staff. We also went for the dinner buffet a couple of nights which was also really good. 15 min walk into Limone which is a really nice little town. The rooms are a little dated but the views from the big balconies more than made up for that. It was very warm in August in lake Garda, so the air con was essential"
