A Royal Tulip Experience
It's the Royal Tulip, the stay was as expected. Resort type feel when on the property, beautiful pool area and staff are very friendly. Not exactly the "Holambra" experience one would expect, but it is a lovely getaway one would expect from the Royal Tulip brand. The town centre is about a 7 minutes drive from the hotel but not onerous. The area is in farm country, you might get stuck behind a tractor but that adds to the charm.

Ótima estadia
Hotel novo e bem estruturado. A equipe bem solicita e prestativa. Possui estacionamento e o wifi é otimo. Uma piscina bem gostosa, e nos finais de semana tem recreacao bem bacana para as crianças, destaque para o tio Tompete e tia Xuxa. Ah, o restaurante oferece pratos muito bons.

Muito bom.
Foram dias ótimos, estivemos lá por 4 dias (feriado de feninados). Funcionários atenciosos, prestativos, ocorreu um acidente com meu filho devido ao guarda sol ter voado para cima dele, recebi ajuda no momento junto a outros hóspedes que estavam lá. Seria um ponto muito importante de atenção: chumba-los. Internet muito boa em todas as dependências do hotel. Principalmente para quem vai à trabalho assim como eu fui. No demais, tudo ok.

O hotel é bonito, isolado, a região é rural e tranquila, há um campo que produz um belíssimo por do sol, atrás do hotel...o problema, para mim, sem filhos, é que ele é muito voltado às crianças e, portanto, cheio delas gritando por todos os cantos.

Infelizmente não voltaria a me hospedar
Eu esperava mais. Valor alto para o que foi oferecido. Hotel novo, 8 meses, mas com muitos problemas, algumas lampadas no quarto ficavam piscando, me colocaram em um quarto com acessibilidade, sendo que não possuía box, então molhava todo o banheiro, além da água não ser muito quente. Ao conversar com os funcionários, estavam lotados e o aquecimento não deu conta. O acabamento das portas estava soltando, tomada quando puxa o pino do carregador quase saiu na mão. E quando fui fazer o check-out, vi uma outra hospede reclamando também da temperatura da água com o gerente e achei a postura dele terrível, escutando a reclamação dela com as 2 mãos no bolso, mostrando total descaso. Colocam no anúncio foto de uma piscina em um ambiente fechado, o que me indica ser aquecida, mas ela não estava concluída, não estando disponível, então ofertam algo que não entregam. Infelizmente não voltaria a me hospedar, tudo muito bonito, mostrando ter um padrão elevado, mas só fica na aparência. Já me hospedei em muitos outros hotéis com valores muito inferiores e entregaram muito mais. Minha sorte é que foi um diária apenas.

Caro para o que oferece
Experiência aquém do esperado pelo preço da estadia. Na chegada fomos bem atendidos na recepção, mas foi cobrado valor superior ao que contratamos no hoteis.com. Voltamos na recepção e fomos ressarcidos, assim como a minha filha. Lá estava um casal com o mesmo problema que o nosso. Isso gerou desconforto e má impressão. Nosso quarto era voltado para o estacionamento (fundos), a cama para o meu gosto achei muito dura. Banheiro pequeno, especialmente o box, mas atende ao propósito. Na parede ao lado do chuveirinho havia infiltração, necessitando manutenção. Tem secador de cabelos e espelho de aumento. No quarto da minha filha a infiltração era ainda mais evidente. O quarto tem tomadas próximas à cama, as cortinas vedam bem a claridade e tem cofre (pontos positivos). Estávamos em 3 casais e, o quarto do meu filho era adaptado para deficiente e o banheiro não tinha box, o que causou grande incômodo porque alagou todo quando tomaram banho. Tentaram trocar de quarto, mas informaram que não havia disponibilidade. Café da manhã ok, com sucos, café com leite, achocolatado, pães, bolos, yogurt, salsichas, ovos mexidos, salada de frutas e frutas in natura, pães de queijo, manteiga, cream cheese, apenas a geleia não era boa. Piscina de bom tamanho, mas gelada para esse período do ano. Estão construindo uma piscina aquecida, o que é uma boa providência. Tem academia, mas não utilizamos. Parquinho ok. Estacionamento ok. Precisa estar de carro para fazer os passeios em Holambra.
