Péssima acessibilidade e cordialidade
O Hotel não tem acessibilidade compatível para cadeirante e as recepcionistas foram hostis e nada cordiais, dizendo que nenhum funcionário do Hotel estava autorizado a ajudar o meu acesso às áreas comuns externas, pois se eu me acidentasse eles não podleriam ser responsabilizados. No entanto, eu havia entrado em contato com o Hotel antes da confirmação da reserva, para me certificar quanto a acessibilidade e fui informada que o hotel possuia rampas de acesso para todas as áreas comuns, porém isso não é verdade! O acesso para o Salão de Jogos, a Piscina Aquecida, o Lago, a Quadra de areia, o campo futebol e a Mini Fazendinha (entre outros) é feito exclusivamente pelas rampas de acesso de veículos que são íngrimes e perigosas para um cadeirante. Eu acabei me arriscando e fazendo acesso com uso de muletas para poder me usufruir pelo menos do Salão de Jogos e Piscina Aquecida, demais áreas supra citadas não foi viável a utilização.

Simples, funcional e completo
Eu peguei uma noite para passar durante uma viagem, apenas pernoite. Chegamos tarde, havia pedido berço, eles haviam confirmado e se esqueceram, mas foram atenciosos e providenciaram. O Hotel é bem simples e tem peculiaridades, como as pirâmides, um espaço para passar com o carro muito apertado saindo da recepção (dica, se tiver carro grande, estacione na parte inferior do terreno). Os quartos são provençais, sem luxo, porém grandes, tem ar de parede, frigobar, armário simples e uma sacada enorme bem mal aproveitada. O café da manhã é simples, porém bem feito, tem ovos, salsicha, suco de laranja natural de verdade. O pessoal da cozinha é atencioso e faz até algo na chapa se pedir. O hotel não chega a ser um hotel fazenda, mas tem vários espaços como brinquedoteca, parquinho, beach tênis, espaço pte, piscina coberta mas não fechada, piscina aberta, sala de jogos dentre outros, tudo simples.

Hotel bem estruturado, apto amplo e confortável, dependências externas ótimas e bem mobiliadas. Refeições saborosas e bem servidas, café da manhã excelente. Falta o que fazer, tudo muito parado. Talvez por termos ido no inverno. Mas fica a dica.

Descanso e diversão para a família
Excelente para descanso e para aproveitar em família. O espaço é simples , mas confortável, limpo e a comida caseira, mas muito saborosa. Fizemos pensão completa e não precisamos sair do hotel pra nada. Tem recreação, especialmente para as crianças, e a parte de alimentar bichinhos na minifazenda agrada a todas as idades. Voltaremos com certeza e indicaremos para amigos .

Hotel arrumado, café da manhã bom, quarto grande, cama confortável. A TV estava com problema e abaixava o volume sozinha. O hotel tem uma boa infra estrutura. Piscina, campo de futebol, quadra de vôlei slack line (que deveria estar a uma altura mais baixa, pois está a quase 1 metro do chão), salão de jogos com uma mini mesa de sinuca, mesa de totó e outra de ping ping.

Estadia de uma noite, porém não fui avisado que teria um evento de pnl onde as pessoas ficam gritando e fazendo barulho a noite toda! Me mudaram de quarto! Virado para a rodovia! Parece que o carro está dentro do quarto! Café da manhã simples. Ficaria de novo, se fosse avisado que não teria esse curso e no quarto que n fique pra rodovia.
