Hotel excelente, foi uma estadia muito agradavel, desde o pessoal da recepção, pessoal da recreação e restaurantes, todos sempre solicitos. Excelente lugar para descansar e relaxar... área verde linda e bem cuidada. Quarto grande, cobertas quentinhas, ficamos no apartamento standart, uma sacada bacana, com vista para area verde. Antes de ir vi uns comentários do chuveiro, nao tivemos nenhum problema, o nosso esta aquecendo direitinho. Tem quadra de beach tennis, eles inclusive emprestam raquete e bolinha, tem lago com um tamanho legal, gostoso para passar umas horinhas pescando, ao lado do lago tem o spa com uma hidro grande e quentinha, bem gostosa, fiz uma sessao de massagem muito boa tambem!! Nao temos crianças, mas a area kids é bem grande e bonita tanto a area coberta quando ao ar livre, as piscinas são boas e grandes, a aquecida é ótima para esse friozinho, o restaurante é bom, básico mas super atendeu nossas expectativas, pegamos pensão completa e foi ótimo pois nao precisamos sair da pousada. Gostei muito, com certeza voltaremos.

Hotel excelente, foi uma estadia deliciosa, desde o pessoal da recepção, pessoal da recreação e restaurantes, todos sempre solicitos. Gostamos muito do hotel.. bastante area verde para caminhar e passear no próprio hotel. Uma sala para preparar alimentos dos bebes.. monitores.. Gostamos do restaurante também. As piscinas grandes. Um dica: modernizar o quarto pois são antigos, moveis e decoração.

Hotel muito bom para lazer em família, ótimas piscinas e o restaurante com café da manhã diversificado. O apartamento é diferente das fotos e precisa ser modernizado, alguns ítens com defeito no banheiro, como torneiras de pias e chuveiro, cama barulhenta quando se mexe e travesseiros velhos. O compressor do ar-condicionado se desligou durante a noite diversas vezes, que faz o quarto ficar quente.

Lugar muito bonito mais falta muita coisa para ser um local que faça você pensar voltar novamente. Pessoal muito sem educação na recepção e no restaurante, parecem que estão trabalhando "forçado com bronca de pessoas", restaurante muito caro e com pouca opções, piscina sempre com muita sujeira, quadra com necessidade de manutenção.

Atendimento péssimo no Check-in, solicitei mudança de quarto e foram inflexíveis, alegando que não tinha quarto disponível, mentira, pois tive problemas no cofre e no chuveiro eles mudaram de quarto, quando já tínhamos tirado tudi da mala, o maior transtorno e perda de tempo. O quarto não deveria ser classificado como Luxo, pq não tem nada de mais que o standard não tenha e ainda o colchão é péssimo, desconfortável e barulhento. Em 2021 fiquei em um quarto standard muito melhor nesse hotel. Nos colocaram em um local super longe da piscina, restaurante e recepção. Deram preferência a um grupo de uma Igreja. Acho que a Hotels.com deveria exigir maior atenção com seus cliente por parte dos hoteis, pois ficou claro para nós que eles preferiram dar atenção e comodidade para o grupo que foi fazer um retiro.
