"The room was not in the same building, but 2 blocks away. Staff did not help w luggage, walked very fast ahead of me. The room was beautiful, except the bed only had a mean, miserable box spring, no mattress. Manager agreed to switch me to another room, but it had the same bed issue. I got a refund and left. We had to walk back to the office so I just handed my suitcase to the young man, who looked very surprised but took it. "
