"Communication was great before we arrived as we were worried we'd be arriving outside of check-in times. Parking is on site and easy to find. The apartment was clean and a spacious. The living area had plenty of seating and the dining table was a good size. Kitchen had good functionality. "We were able to sleep 6 in here quite comfortably. The kids used the pool and table tennis table in the main builiding and the appartments were basic in decor but fairly well equiped. We did though find the appartment quite small in comparison to other places we stayed at on this trip. We needed to air the space out as it smelt as if it hadn't been used in a while. "The Hotel was well located, away from the hustle and bustle yet only a short walk away from all the action. Super friendly and helpful staff made checking in and out a breeze. "The property was great in many ways. For us the NBN was not suitable for streaming. However we had telstra 5g which worked fine. NOTE: We had plans of using the 2nd bedroom during our stay but it is ONLY available when 3 people are staying and if we had our grand children overnight it would be a extra $50 per night. We ended up using a rewards night in Hobart west which was better value."

"While we booked a cottage when we arrived we noted that the bedroom was upstairs and the bath downstairs. Vivian switched us to a contemporary room with everything on one floor. The staff wss wonderful, it is historic and the breakfasts were just what we needed. It was an excellect choice for us."

"Good size room and bathroom, comfortable bed. We had a nice view looking at Mt Wellington. Excellent location. Happy hour drinks a bonus. Our room was a little noisy as it was near the lifts and our aircon was noisy. Paid for parking but then told carpark was full and they would re-shuffle cars. This was interesting but turned out not to be a problem. Awesome chinese and indian within easy walking distance. Would stay again"
