"Honestly really shocked at these reviews! This hotel is totally worth the amount you are paying. Got locked out of the hotel and they were quick to answer a very late night phone call to help us out. While it does get pretty warm in the rooms, I have had troubles with this in every place I’ve stayed as it is so hot right now. "This is the perfect place to stay in Pollença old town. A small hotel, tucked away but close to the main square and restaurants. Extremely clean with comfortable beds and a lovely buffet breakfast. A secure area to store bikes if on a cycling break. Overall a great find! Thank you."

"Our stay at Rafa Nadal Residence was superb! Everything was amazing! Staff were friendly and accommodating. Facilities were exceptional! Buffet breakfast was also superb! The food were all delicious and lots of food and drink selections. Though the place is so big, its easy access to anywhere. Daily housekeeping was great too! They always ensured our room was clean and bed was organised when we get back. Overall, our stay was wonderful. "

"It is in a beautiful old town. Parking can be tricky as you are not allowed to park in there and there is a self check out service so no staff around. However our room was being cleaned every day. It was small and cozy. "
