"This property is awesome. The views are different from each unit, but the one we had was beautiful. The unit was roomy, comfortable. The employees at the office are very pleasant and helpful. The parking spots are tiny, and we had hard time parking our large SUV, but other than that this place is incredible."

"We had the most relaxing time in a stunning location. Facilities were superb with only a 2 min walk to the Lakeside! The host Christina was so attentive, friendly and helpful. The restaurant onsite was also excellent. We hired a car which was great for exploring the Lake. Couldn’t recommend more highly!"

"Rooms are very dated and were not overly clean. Accommodation states that rooms have air conditioning, this is not the case, they have a plug in fan which is in no way sufficient during 34 deg C heat, very uncomfortable sleeping conditions. Arrived to be told that keys need to be collected from office in Bardolino (several KMs away) due to Covid, this was not communicated in advance, luckily we had a hire car others did not. Key pick up is also a disaster as they handle the keys for many...

"Nice big apartment vith a great view on the lake! The balcony was a nice place to wind down after long days. Though not recent, everything worked well. I appreciated having heat control in the beadroom. Having to check in at a different property is not the best, but anyway you do need a car to stay in that area. Grocery store and other food options only 2 minutes away. Was too cold to try the pool unfortunately."

"Amazing view, quiet, comfortable room. Excellent restaurant, quality of dishes and service worthy of a Michelin star. Unfortunately, there was one downside, when checking out from the hotel, you were charged for tea. SHAME"

"Amazing views, very spacious comfortable appartment in villa the only thing I would change is that no cleaning was provided that wasn’t a problem but bins were not emptied and there were no places to take rubbish or even recycling…bathrooms could do with a bit of modern update but were clean and functional so not a problem….pool amazing and staff very helpful and would definitely recommend and stay again. "We stayed at the Beatrix for a week in July 2015. We wanted a base to explore Garda whilst being able to walk into Bardolino in the evenings. The apartment was on the 2nd floor with a balcony off each room. We found the apartment basic and fairly clean although the bathroom could have been a little cleaner (toilet brush was disgusting) and the bathroom had a horrible smell. We payed for air con which was 50 euros but we expected this and this was good in each room. We expected to have towels...

"The room was comfortable and the bathroom nice. The hallway was a bit noisy in the morning as the cleaning staff went about their business - not really able to sleep in. breakfast was really good. Front desk staff nice. Staff in the spa was not helpful or friendly - in my opinion, a phone call should not take priority over three couples standing in line. But generally, a very good place to stay."

"Room was good and clean. breakfast was very good, especially the lake view. Parking is 10min walk away, but easy accessible. Room could get some paint at the walls and carpet in hallway could be cleaned. But would stay again!"

"Was a great location with a shuttle bus into town .The staff were very friendly,the breakfast was the best selection of goods I have ever seen .Catering for all nationalities. The evening buffet was a great food choice and v good value for money ,includes wine ! The rooms could do with a bit of an update but when the view and queen size bed ,tea & coffee in room .what's not to love "

"Beautiful hotel with complimentary breakfast and spa for guests. The staff were very kind and helpful and patient with our questions. We loved our jacuzzi suite room, and felt it was well worth the price. Great location, everything you'd want to see in Riva del Garda is walkable, and you can easily take the bus to see the Arco Castle. "
