"I had an amazing view of the beach Atlantic from my room. I was as close to the beach as you can get! I especially enjoyed listening to the sound of the waves all night. It made me sleep so good. Other than hearing the people next to our room until 3am with their television loud, everything else was great. I met Pierre who was so sweet and friendly. We came from Texas and felt welcomed. We'll definitely come again!"

"Had an amazing time there. You could tell that people who stayed there previously were not kind to the stuff in the room, but overall the room was nice and spacious. Only downside is that we were on the top floor and there are no elevators in the building we were in. The bed also wasn't the most comfortable either."

"First off, I’ll say that the staff was fabulous at this property and went over and beyond to be kind and helpful & the dinner we had was wonderful. My only disappointment was the lack of relaxing spaces outside of our room. There is a “living room” and an outdoor gas firepit, but for the cost of the hotel it felt like there should be more than 1 spot to cozy up and read a book by a fire. "Beautiful old house on quiet street within walking distance of Kennebunkport centre. The house is full of character and has welcoming hosts. The room (The Study) was downstairs and we were the only guests that night, so was very peaceful. Breakfast was cooked by Chris and was delicious. Will definitely stay here again when we have the chance. "

"Parking was convenient. Hotel is beautiful and located right in the middle of things. Room was very nice and staff friendly. As others have mentioned there really is no area to eat breakfast so you can sit in the gallery nearby or take it to your room. Still a very pleasant visit. I recommend the small Irish pub across the street for the live music and the brewery next door which has a small menu but excellent food. "

"I arrived dead tired and sore. Check in process was the fastest I've had in many years of travel. And in that it was late and I was hungry, wonderful lady at the counter had a list of local eateries that were open and what they offer. Beautiful room facing the ocean. Took 2 walks on the beach, one under the full moon. Beyond perfection! Bed extremely comfortable! Heating system so quiet, barely tell when it was on. "

"How very quaint! A wonderful overnight stay at this very charming oceanfront inn. We were welcomed with a glass of prosecco and a cheese and fruit offering. Our room was perfectly comfortable. Breakfast was also included in our stay ~ the dining area was to die for with full view of the ocean. A must return for a longer stay!"

"Spotlessly clean. Very new room with excellent bed and furniture. Excellent breakfast buffet and very friendly staff - both at the front desk and in the dining area. They put out complimentary cookies and apple juice after dinner. Nice touch. If I ever make it back to the Maine coast, this is the place to stay. Simply outstanding hotel. "

"I had a nice stay here. This is not a fancy motel but offers a clean room and with good accommodations at a good price. The desk clerk was extremely helpful. The location is exceptional as you are one block from the beach and 4 blocks from the square downtown. I would recommend this motel if you are looking for a no frills place to stay. I did not use the pool so I cannot speak to that."
