"This resort was incredible. The property is beautiful, the room was gorgeous, and the private beach made it feel extra special. The pools are huge with plenty of loungers, so we never had to rush to find a spot. The food was delicious, and everything felt so peaceful, especially at night. Our room had a lovely balcony with a view of the beach, which made mornings and evenings really relaxing. The service stood out the most. From the moment they took our luggage when we arrived to the moment we left, everything was handled with care. Each night, we got a handwritten note wishing us a good stay and celebrating our special occasions. We felt truly looked after and can’t recommend this place enough."

"My stay at Juglans Suites was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding. Although I can’t remember their names, the lady at the reception during the day and the gentleman working the night shift were both absolutely incredible — so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The hotel itself was just as impressive. The room felt more like a fully equipped apartment — spacious, modern, and super clean. It had a comfy lounge area with a TV, great air conditioning, a well-equipped kitchenette, and even a balcony. It felt like a home away from home. The pool was clean and relaxing, perfect for cooling off in the warm weather. Location-wise, it was ideal — just a short walk to the Migros supermarket and also close to the dolmuş (minibus) stop, making it super easy to reach Fethiye city centre or head to the beautiful Ölüdeniz Beach. I would absolutely recommend Juglans Suites to anyone visiting the area. I’d definitely stay here again!"

"The only good thing about the hotel was the location and the Staff. The bathrooms are outdated and require alot of maintenance. Toilet seat was cracked causing a pinch like feeling, and the shower floods the bathroom because of severe water leakage!! That was in the first room; the staff were very nice to change the room for us 👍. The new room also had a problem with the toilet seat (broken & moves all over. Shower was leaking but not as bad. I have a video to prove it!! Other issues were with the manager!! Trying to lecture me instead of giving me an extra blanket and pelowes. The staff were more friendly and cooperative 👍 Oh, I forgot to mention the house keeping... although we switched the greenlight on for cleaning the room; it remaind untouched and messy for 2 days, on the third day I asked the reception to make sure they clean the room!!! They only made the beds and gave us fresh towles... I had to clean the trash bins myself. 😡"

"My holiday overall was quite enjoyable. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and efficient, which made my stay comfortable and pleasant. The room was kept very clean, and I appreciated the overall cleanliness and upkeep. However, I did find the room facilities to be somewhat lacking; for example, there was no tissue box available in the room, which was a minor inconvenience. On my third day, which happened to be my birthday, the hotel staff surprised me with a small birthday cake. Although it was a thoughtful gesture, there was no note or personalized message included :( The food options at the hotel were plentiful and of good quality; everything was fresh, and the kitchen team was super helpful and accommodating to any requests I had. I really enjoyed exploring the hotel surroundings as well. The area around the hotel was charming and lively, adding to the overall positive experience. Every night, there was a different show or entertainment, which brought a joyful and lively atmosphere to my evenings. Overall, I liked the hotel and its environment very much, and I would consider returning in the future to enjoy the friendly service, good food, and entertaining nights."

"Lovely time here. Excellent activities to choose from throughout the day. There was a great selection of varied food options to choose from as well. Staff were super friendly and attentive whilst not being overbearing at all. Really enjoyed my stay here."
