"The accommodation was very clean and tidy. Its location was very good (i.e. next to the Watergate Bay beach and the southwest costal walk path). The check in process was very straightforward. The only draw back is the weak WiFi signal in the apartment, particularly when four of us were using WiFi at the same time. "I had booked a room for the wrong night but reception staff were very efficient and sorted this out very promptly. Our room was so cosy with chalet style decor, refreshments and good quality bathroom products. The bed was King size and really comfortable. The room was warm and quiet. We had dinner there but were disappointed. Service at the bar was slow, menu offerings standard, and the food was served lukewarm. Such a shame! Will definitely come back for the accommodation!"

"Lovely 1 night stay at a great hotel. Check in was quick and easy and the room was amazing. Booked afternoon tea which was pretty good but the service was painfully slow. Then for breakfast had the same trouble. Used the Spa the next day after check out whixh was also good. "
