The hotel is very convenient, 5 mins walk to the light rail station, 20 mins wall to the circular quay, 15 mins to major train station where you can access all kind of transportation to all major tourist spots. The price is very reasonable as it is not right in the centre but it is definitely close enough. Eateries are everywhere. The property itself is ok but bravo to the young management team who is able to make prompt decision to rectify couple issues before they escalated to more stressful condition. Extra thanks to the shift managers Jordan and Catherine who have right balances between customer services and corporate perspective

The hotel room was small but clean. I liked that it was not modern and had character. It was surprisingly quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was very central and I would stay here again.

"Excellent hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was very comfortable. Great bed. Shower wasn't powerful but did the trick. Room had all of the amenities. Plenty to see and do within walking distance and train station nearby. Will definitely stay there again, just not until the noisy construction ..."
