Cambrils Holiday Rentals

"Terrible experience checking in as no instructions to enter property or name on gate. No answer on phone number. Resident let us through but no reception desk . Took us to unmarked caretaker door. I had arranged check in as requested and arrived on time. No English spoken by Joanna. Got to apartment and not like the photos. Kitchen was like student place with lots of things missing even to make drinks. 2 mugs!!! The bed had a very thin mattress that caused us dead arm and leg as so uncomfortable. I texted contact number and they said Joanna had to sort me out. I compiled a list then got google to translate and texted her it. She did bring more crockery etc. I had 2 small plates only No washing up bowl or sink plug. Not enough crockery to use dishwasher!!! Apartment setting very good for beach and restaurants . The pool was lovely and no noise at bedtime. Cambrils is a great resort. The apartment needs an information booklet as there was nothing . Did get wi fi code from text request. I didn’t book privately but with you Hotels . Com and you have no support and for that reason I don’t recommend staying here. We stayed 7 nights."

"Location of hotel was excellent, rooms cleaned everyday, staff so welcoming and fab entertainment everyday & evening 2 double beds in our room with a small mini fridge for water etc Lots of storage for clothes "

"Excellent staff , dining Excellent why we dined in at night . Very close to beach under 100 meters . Close to Salou with Excellent bus services outside the hotel . Dining was unbelievable and varied every night "

"Lovely hotel with fantastic facilities. The buffet breakfast was impressive with a wide choice. The hotel is bigger than we expected and the rooms were a little noisy but it was run well and we had no issues. It’s between Cambrils and Salou and you would need to walk 30mins. There are taxis/buses available either. Would stay again."

"Everything was spotless and the location was excellent. The facilities was for everyone tastes and use. The checking wasn't straight forward as having to email and find the screenshot of the booking."

"Overall a very good hotel with great staff! We travelled as part of a family trip. There were 10 of us in total. The youngest being 15 months old, the hotel met our pre arrival requests. Meal times the staff were fantastic in making sure as a group we were comfortable. Lara and Mariana in particular were fantastic! One evening after a day out at Portaventura and Ferrari Land. Part of the group got back late due to issues with taxi’s and accessing a baby seat. The ladies went above and beyond to make sure we could get food for the others. Preparing a space so that they could eat once they arrived. As a group we utilised most of the facilities, with no complaints! I would definitely recommend the hotel and would stay here again! Location wise it was great as we could take lovely beach strolls to Cambrils and Salou. Within 15 mins drive to the Renfe station when we visited Barçelona. It was only 20 mins drive from Reus airport. I want to shout out David from the bar, the dining crew and the front desk team. Always on hand to assist when needed. Lastly the ladies that kept our four rooms nice and clean for us. Gracias por todo, un gran abrazo. Pablo y familia x"

"Amazing staff couldn't do enough for us. The young man on reception extremely helpful. My husband really suffering with his back causing us to leave early to go to the hospital. He organised for one night refund. The breakfast room and food was lovely. Definitely a good place to stay."
