"Room was not ready at 3pm check in time , still not ready at 5pm , finally got in at 5:20 after 16 hours of travel. Bring towels and toilet paper , left us with 3 towels and 3 rolls for 3 people. 4th day someone brought us towels and toilet paper because I complained about it. Signage says they refresh every 4 days but we had to contact them to give us fresh towels."

"There is no front desk but communication was very well. Very responsive replies on whatsapp and on the hotline. Was a very big and spacious apartment, beautiful and comfortable, fairly clean and close to the Guixar station. If i must pick on something, it would have to be the smell when i first entered the apartment. "El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, la cocina es amplia y está equipada con todo lo necesario si deseas cocinar durante tu estancia.
