"The check-in location was different from where we’re staying. We arrived at 4pm. There’s supposed to be a person at the reception until 9pm. There was no one there so we used the intercom to communicate with a central call office. To begin with, they couldn’t find our reservation so we had to email them a copy of the confirmation. When we called them back, they were able to find the reservation immediately which makes it appear that the first agent we spoke to didn’t know what they were...

"La formule Motel était tout à fait adaptée à mon style de voyages par étapes. Garage sécurisé à côté de mon logement qui était en parfait état. Bon service avec tout l'équipement nécessaire d'une salle de bain. Je n'ai pas profiter de la piscine mais elle est très belle. Le petite bourgade à proximité Caldas de Reis est touristiquement intéressante avec de belles randonnées et la mer pas très loin."

Teresa, the owner is so warm and gracious, even though we had a language barrier she always made us feel welcomed. The breakfast was wonderful and the wine she gave us was delicious!! We’ll definitely be back."

"At the desk we were assigned a room with no A/C. We asked to be changed to another room and she was able to do that after after pulling a few strings! Comfortable beds and bathroom. "

"Overall, a good experience. Comfortable and clean room and good service. Only issue was the sound proofing of windows; we were directly above the bar/restaurant on ground floor and could hear the boisterous wedding party below. "
