"This is our 4th yearly stay and again it was excellent. The staff is very friendly. The cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms is very good. Feel like the cleaning staff make an extra effort to keep it like that. Close to shopping and restaurants and main highway. Complimentary coffee and muffins and parking is good. "

"Great property! Clean, friendly staff, modern furniture. Downside, we booked this hotel because of its spa but it was out of service.... Also, bed mattress could of been firmer. Overall though, great property and great location. Would stay again but would ask first about spa availability."

"Nice hotel. Large Spacious rooms. Very clean. Great location close to 401. Pros: Friendly professional staff, clean, breakfast included, convenient location Cons: Not enough noise dampening between room and hallway. Water pressure in shower could be stronger. Strong enough to wash my shoulder length hair, but not strong enough to be satisfying."

"While it isn't the fanciest place I've ever stayed, I think I love it the most. It is a very comfortable place to stay with plenty of places to sit and read a book. The location is an easy 20 minute walk to the shops on Princess with the option of taking the long way, along the lake front. The staff is wonderful, the breakfast included with the stay is amazing and I look forward to coming back."
